    Process Introduction

    Investment casting is one of the most sophisticated casting processes. While producing parts with intricate structures, it also achieves high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality.

    Equipment

    Producing investment castings with high complexity and high precision requires high-quality equipment that can achieve tight tolerances and repeatable accuracy.

    Materials

    We are capable of meeting the requirements of various material standards, including ASTM, AISI, DIN, EN, ISO, and GB. We have the capability to cast hundreds of ferrous and non-ferrous alloy materials, such as stainless steel, copper alloys, high-temperature alloys, and carbon steel.

    3D printing technology is a cost-effective solution for rapid prototyping and the production of small-batch parts.

    Introduction to the Mould Department

    The Mold Department currently has 27 employees, covering all necessary processes—including design, process engineering, turning, milling, grinding, CNC machining, three-coordinate measurement, electrical discharge machining, wire-cutting, precision boring, and toolmaking—enabling us to independently handle the entire process of mold and fixture design, production, and assembly.

    Process Introduction

    Investment casting molds differ from metalworking molds. They are created by building a model based on drawings and accounting for shrinkage rates, followed by mold structure design, process planning, manufacturing, assembly, and trial molding.

    Processing equipment

    Equipped with comprehensive processes including turning, milling, grinding, CNC machining, three-coordinate measurement, electrical discharge machining (EDM), wire-cutting, precision boring, and fitting, we can independently handle the entire process—from design and production to assembly—of molds and tooling fixtures.

    Ability

    We can manufacture precision casting molds, small stamping dies, rubber molds, plastic molds, part-processing fixtures, measuring tools, as well as molds and tooling for aerospace-related products.

    Mold and tooling products and structures

    Mold and tooling materials generally include aluminum 7075, aluminum 6082, aluminum 6061, copper H62, steel P20, SKD11, S136H, H13, Cr12MoV, and 30CrMnSiA, among others.
