Producing investment castings with high complexity and precision requires high-quality equipment that can achieve tight tolerances and repeatable accuracy. At the same time, the production equipment and manufacturing processes must be capable of handling large volumes of products quickly and continuously without compromising product quality. At Haosen Precision Casting, we employ more advanced technologies and equipment at every stage of the investment casting process. Mold design, wax injection, wax pattern assembly, shell preparation, pouring, heat treatment, and testing are all carried out by our highly skilled and experienced team.

    Wax pressing

Haosen Precision Casting is equipped with 19 fully automatic and semi-automatic wax injection machines. Among these, there are 11 8T dual-station wax injectors, 1 10T wax injector, 1 16T wax injector, 3 25T wax injectors, 1 30T wax injector, 1 50T wax injector, and 1 80T wax injector, which can meet the molding requirements for products of various sizes.

    Shell making

Haosen Precision Casting has two shell-making production lines: a manual shell-making line and an automated shell-making line. The automated shell-making line is equipped with a state-of-the-art three-head, six-arm dipping-and-spraying sand-coating machine that is advanced domestically. This automated production process eliminates the quality variations in mold shells that can occur during manual operations, enhances the stability of the shell-making process, and reduces the physical workload for workers.

    Melting and Casting

We have 17 medium-frequency melting furnaces dedicated to the production of steel castings. In addition, we are equipped with two vacuum induction melting furnaces: a single-chamber vacuum furnace with a capacity of 25 kg and a three-chamber vacuum furnace with capacities of 50/100 kg. These vacuum induction melting furnaces can produce nickel-based and cobalt-based investment castings with an equiaxial solidification structure, weighing from 0.03 to 50 kg.
