    Introduction to the Mould Department

The Mold Department is the first step in our company’s production and manufacturing process. Currently, the Mold Department has 27 employees who are proficient in a full range of processes, including design, process engineering, turning, milling, grinding, CNC machining, three-coordinate measurement, electrical discharge machining (EDM), wire-cutting, precision boring, and fitting work. They are capable of independently designing molds, tooling, and managing the entire production and assembly process. Our design and machining personnel are highly experienced, with each member having over 10 years of industry experience. The products we manufacture and produce include: precision casting molds, small stamping dies, rubber molds, plastic molds, part-processing fixtures, measuring tools, as well as molds and tooling for aerospace-related components.

    Process Introduction

Investment casting molds differ from metalworking molds. They are created by building a model based on drawings and accounting for shrinkage rates, followed by designing the mold structure, developing the machining process, manufacturing the mold, assembling it, and conducting trial runs. This process is typically used to produce parts with complex shapes and high requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality. For complex parts with cavities, processes such as urea cores, ceramic cores, and water-soluble wax cores are employed.
