Mold manufacturingThe Mold Department is the first step in our company’s product manufacturing process. Currently, the department has 27 employees who are proficient in a full range of processes, including design, process engineering, turning, milling, grinding, CNC machining, three-coordinate measurement, electrical discharge machining (EDM), wire-cutting, precision boring, and fitting work. This enables us to comprehensively handle the entire process—from design to production and assembly of molds and tooling. Our design and machining personnel are highly experienced, each with over 10 years of industry experience. The products we manufacture and produce include: precision casting molds, small stamping dies, rubber molds, plastic molds, part-processing fixtures, measuring tools, as well as molds and tooling for aerospace-related components.
Investment castingInvestment casting is one of the most sophisticated casting processes. While producing parts with intricate structures, it also achieves high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality.
Precision machiningPrecision machining encompasses processes such as turning, milling, boring, drilling, electrical discharge machining (EDM), engraving, grinding, and other techniques. It is a process in which material is removed from a workpiece through mechanical operations to produce precision parts that meet stringent dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerances, and high surface quality as specified in the drawings.

Haosen Precision Casting has always regarded green development as an important component of its long-term corporate strategy, continuously promoting the construction of a low-carbon, energy-efficient, and sustainable production system.
In 2016, the company obtained ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system from BV. In 2021, it was recognized as a company with an A-level performance rating. In 2025, the company achieved ISO 50001 certification for its energy management system, also from BV. Meanwhile, between 2024 and 2025, BV conducted a systematic inventory and verification of the company’s greenhouse gas emissions and product carbon footprint for the three-year period from 2022 to 2024, and issued both an ISO 14064 greenhouse gas verification report and an ISO 14067 product carbon footprint verification report, providing the company with authoritative, traceable third-party certification of its green manufacturing capabilities.
Building on its system certification, Haosen Precision Casting has deeply integrated green principles into both capacity development and daily operations. Through three core initiatives, it has established a low-carbon production system that covers the entire process—from start to finish. This approach not only aligns closely with Emerson’s “Sustainable Development” collaboration philosophy but also ensures long-term supply-chain stability through robust environmental protection capabilities.
◆ Clean Energy Applications: Large-scale solar photovoltaic systems have been installed on factory rooftops, continuously increasing the proportion of clean energy used and effectively reducing fossil fuel consumption and carbon emission intensity.
◆ Energy-saving technology upgrade: The entire workshop has completed the retrofit to LED energy-saving lighting, significantly reducing per-unit energy consumption through scientifically designed lighting.
◆ Water resource recycling: We have independently built a high-standard wastewater treatment and reuse system. After undergoing multiple stages of treatment, the wastewater meets discharge standards and enables the recycling of water resources.
Thanks to its systematic environmental investments and refined management practices, the company has successfully obtained the “Class A Enterprise (No Production Halt)” certification for heavily polluted weather conditions. Against the backdrop of increasingly stringent environmental regulations in the industry, with some enterprises facing production restrictions or shutdowns, Haosen Precision Casting has consistently maintained stable and predictable production capacity, continuously ensuring timely deliveries to global customers.
