Mold manufacturingThe Mold Department is the first step in our company’s product manufacturing process. Currently, the department has 27 employees who are proficient in a full range of processes, including design, process engineering, turning, milling, grinding, CNC machining, three-coordinate measurement, electrical discharge machining (EDM), wire-cutting, precision boring, and fitting work. This enables us to comprehensively handle the entire process—from design to production and assembly of molds and tooling. Our design and machining personnel are highly experienced, each with over 10 years of industry experience. The products we manufacture and produce include: precision casting molds, small stamping dies, rubber molds, plastic molds, part-processing fixtures, measuring tools, as well as molds and tooling for aerospace-related components.
Investment castingInvestment casting is one of the most sophisticated casting processes. While producing parts with intricate structures, it also achieves high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality.
Precision machiningPrecision machining encompasses processes such as turning, milling, boring, drilling, electrical discharge machining (EDM), engraving, grinding, and other techniques. It is a process in which material is removed from a workpiece through mechanical operations to produce precision parts that meet stringent dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerances, and high surface quality as specified in the drawings.

Haosen Precision Casting boasts a large-scale production capacity of 4,000 tons per year for precision stainless steel castings and 900,000 CNC-machined parts. Relying on a 109-acre production site with a total building area of 42,000 square meters, the company has established four core production bases, creating a comprehensive manufacturing system that covers casting, machining, and delivery. Currently, the company is equipped with 16 medium-frequency melting furnaces, 24 wax injection machines, and automated shell-making and drying production lines, enabling it to efficiently handle multi-batch, multi-specification, and medium-to-high-complexity order requirements.
The product range covers the entire weight spectrum from 0.05 kg to 100 kg and enables precision casting of various materials, including stainless steel, cobalt-based alloys, and nickel-based alloys. By leveraging advanced technologies such as 3D-printed wax patterns and JSCAST casting simulation, we perform precise process validation and optimization for components with complex geometries and high-performance requirements. We consistently achieve manufacturing standards with surface roughness ≤ Ra 6.3 and maximum pressure resistance of 45 MPa, meeting the demanding application needs in extreme operating conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and severe corrosion.
In terms of delivery management, the company has established a mature delivery assurance system. Relying on the APS intelligent scheduling system and the ERP management platform, it achieves end-to-end visibility and refined control across the entire process—from order placement and production to delivery. For customized and urgent requests, the company boasts rapid response capabilities and efficient rush-order processing, ensuring stable delivery schedules and controllable risks.
Quality assurance permeates the entire production process. We are equipped with advanced testing equipment, including imported direct-reading spectrometers and German Zeiss coordinate measuring machines, and we have implemented multi-level quality control procedures to consistently maintain a stable rate of product compliance. With A-grade enterprise certification and a comprehensive quality system, Haosen Precision Casting continues to provide reliable supply chain support to global customers under stringent environmental and delivery standards.
