Mold manufacturingThe Mold Department is the first step in our company’s product manufacturing process. Currently, the department has 27 employees who are proficient in a full range of processes, including design, process engineering, turning, milling, grinding, CNC machining, three-coordinate measurement, electrical discharge machining (EDM), wire-cutting, precision boring, and fitting work. This enables us to comprehensively handle the entire process—from design to production and assembly of molds and tooling. Our design and machining personnel are highly experienced, each with over 10 years of industry experience. The products we manufacture and produce include: precision casting molds, small stamping dies, rubber molds, plastic molds, part-processing fixtures, measuring tools, as well as molds and tooling for aerospace-related components.
Investment castingInvestment casting is one of the most sophisticated casting processes. While producing parts with intricate structures, it also achieves high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality.
Precision machiningPrecision machining encompasses processes such as turning, milling, boring, drilling, electrical discharge machining (EDM), engraving, grinding, and other techniques. It is a process in which material is removed from a workpiece through mechanical operations to produce precision parts that meet stringent dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerances, and high surface quality as specified in the drawings.

The Trade Union Committee of Xi'an Haosen Precision Casting Co., Ltd. was established on April 6, 2013. It is a grassroots trade union organization registered and filed with the Xi'an General Federation of Trade Unions, and has consistently carried out its work under the core principle of "serving employees wholeheartedly and supporting enterprise development."
As the representative and defender of workers’ interests, the trade union firmly upholds its four fundamental functions: safeguarding, building, participating, and educating. It serves not only as the “family member” that workers trust but also as a “bridge of hearts” connecting enterprises and their employees. In the process of high-quality enterprise development, the trade union leverages the unique characteristics of the instrument casting industry, precisely aligning workers’ needs with the enterprise’s development goals to achieve a win-win situation where both workers’ rights and interests are protected and enterprise development is advanced.
In 2019, we established the “Yun Zhi Jia” WeChat group for employees, creating an efficient channel for voicing concerns and communicating needs. To date, we have received a total of 85 rationalization suggestions and heartfelt appeals from employees, of which 82 have been addressed, achieving a completion rate of over 96%. We also facilitated the company’s investment of more than 1 million yuan to renovate the employee canteen and coordinated solutions to the school enrollment issues faced by the children of five employees from out of town, genuinely addressing employees’ urgent, difficult, and troubling concerns. Meanwhile, we have standardized the signing and implementation of collective contracts, actively participated in the mediation of labor disputes, and ensured that employees’ legitimate rights and interests—such as wages, rest, and vacation—are fully protected.
We adhere to a people-centered approach and regularly carry out festive care activities and special condolence visits. On important occasions such as International Women’s Day on March 8, we present female employees with exclusive gift packages. We implement democratic management through channels such as the Employees’ Congress, ensuring that employees fully participate in enterprise development decision-making and oversight. We pay close attention to the physical and mental health of our employees, continuously improve the employee welfare and benefits system, and enhance their sense of belonging and happiness.
