    Haosen Union

    The Trade Union Committee of Xi'an Haosen Precision Casting Co., Ltd. was established on April 6, 2013. It is a grassroots trade union organization registered and filed with the Xi'an Federation of Trade Unions, and has consistently carried out its work under the core principle of "serving employees wholeheartedly and supporting enterprise development." As the representative and defender of employees' interests, the trade union firmly grasps its four basic functions—protection, construction, participation, and education. It serves as the employees’ trusted “family member” and acts as a “bridge of hearts” between the enterprise and its employees. In the process of the enterprise’s high-quality development, the trade union leverages the unique characteristics of the instrument casting industry, precisely aligning employee needs with enterprise development goals, thus achieving a win-win situation where both employee rights and enterprise growth are safeguarded. In 2019, the trade union created the “Cloud Home” WeChat group for employees, establishing an efficient channel for voicing concerns and communicating requests. To date, it has received a total of 85 rationalization suggestions and heartfelt appeals from employees, of which 82 have been addressed, achieving a completion rate of over 96%. The trade union also promoted the company’s investment of more than 1 million yuan to renovate the staff canteen and coordinated solutions to the enrollment issues faced by the children of five employees from other regions, genuinely addressing employees’ urgent needs and concerns. Meanwhile, the trade union has standardized the signing and implementation of collective contracts, actively participated in the mediation of labor disputes, and ensured that employees’ legitimate rights—including wages, rest, and vacation—are fully protected. Adhering to a people-centered approach, the trade union regularly carries out special care activities and targeted condolences during holidays. On important occasions such as International Women’s Day on March 8, the union presents exclusive gift packages to female employees. Through channels like the Employees’ Congress, the union implements democratic management, enabling employees to fully participate in enterprise development decision-making and oversight. The union pays close attention to employees’ physical and mental health, continuously improves the employee welfare system, and enhances employees’ sense of belonging and happiness.

    We adhere to a people-centered approach and regularly carry out festive care activities and special condolence visits.
